* These publications
also have a controlled circulation to Nurse Practioners that is about
200% more than the numbers of PAs given. The monthly costs above have
been calculated as one third of the given rate (2/3 NPs, 1/3 PAs). Unlike
PAs, Nurse Practioners are a diverse group of practioners, with only one-third
prescribing medications. These combined venues do not allow targeted marketing
only to PAs, so actual costs will be 200% higher per month.
Assumptions
of estimates:
>>>>40,000 graduate PAs, 10,000 Student PAs; 65% use the World
Wide Web at least once a week = 32,500;
>>>>Of this 32,500, eight of ten will visit The PA Page.com
once in the first year = 26,000;
>>>>Of this 26,000, eight of ten visitors will visit each
of the ten major sections = 20,800.
Subsection
Sponsorship figures are a guess, as are Content Link figures.
However,
these estimates do not include repeat visits, or other provider visits,
such as allopathic / osteopathic physicians or nurse practitioners. They
also do not include future PAs seeking admission into a PA program, practice
administrators, or members of the public or other health professions brought
to The PA Page by search engines or word-of-mouth.
