theses listings have been reveiwed by our staff, indicated by the month,
year, and initals of the reviewer.

It is becoming more common for sites to offer information stored in a format different than the web language, html. The most frequent program today is the Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free. It offers the advantage of remembering not only the information, but also the size of graphics and fonts, and the the fonts themselves. The origianl formating is not changed. Like most programs, it comes in versions: as of February, 2002, the last release was 5.0. (If you wish to use this program to store and share your information, the Adobe Acrobat program costs about a hundred dollars).
