Herb Research Foundation Contents include "a specialty research library containing more than 300,000 scientific articles on thousands of herbs, education programs, botanical literature research, publications, herb safety reviews, and Herb Information Packets." Among their interesting articles at the time of this review, one stood out: Medical supplements may be treated as medical expenses."

A section of the Combined Health Information Database (CHID). NCCAM maintains an information clearinghouse to collect, develop, and disseminate information to the public on Complementary Alternative Medicine practices and on the NCCAM. The AM Subfile of CHID includes references to fact sheets, textbooks, journals and journal articles, newsletters and newsletter articles, audiovisuals, directories, manuals, brochures and pamphlets, bibliographies, monographs, and reports. 11/20/01, jk

In Common Questions, the first question is: "I believe my wife has Alzheimer Disease. How can I get her to see her doctor?" Also, the Physician Section ". . is designed to provide the latest clinical information to help physicians diagnose and manage Alzheimer Disease."
