The American Academy of Physician Assistants offers Billing/Coding information in a variety of formats. Their 130 page booklet, Physician Assistant Third Party Coverage, is availalbe at the AAPA online bookstore.

They also offer information in a fax back system: call 415/227-9953, and ask for document number 210 (You can also listen for all of their selections).

Finally, they offer a web page on Medicare reimbursement, and on Medicare fraud and abuse.
